I’m starting off the New Year by reading (and now re-reading) David Rogers’ new book, “The Network is Your Customer / 5 Strategies to Thrive In the Digital Age.”
I met David at the #BrandsConf event on December 1, and conducted this Cinchast audio interview. You can download a sample chapter of the book below. I highly recommend this book because it’s very practical and can serve as a guide to understanding and thinking through transitioning to building a networked customer model.
