During the CES Show in Las Vegas, I decided to buy one toy. The toy of choice: the MSN Direct-based Paparzzi watch from Swatch. The watch is basically a radio receiver that lets you personalize content from the Microsoft site. Content you can download include favorite sports teams, weather, movie times, and more. And when I travel, once I land, it automatically switches to the city you are in.
I have been playing around with the watch, but my 13 year old daughter, Lauren, wound up taking it to school several times last week. Some of the functions include the ability for friends and family to send you personal messages, and view your local weather – or keep track of weather conditions across the country.
This is a very cool toy, and I might wind up getting one for me, so Lauren can have the one we currently share.
