Meta Group Values Messaging

I was reading a Meta Group report about a client of ours and noticed something very interesting in their evaluation of their space:  the role of messaging in their evaluation. 

That’s right, aside from all of the techno-wizardry, they examined the messaging attributes of our client and their competitors based on the following parameters:

     –  External

     –  Visible Communications to the market about communications

     –  Views

     –  Expectations

     –  Priorities

     –  Value

Yes, messaging does indeed matter….
