  1. Good unlimited pricing plan. Ha LOL Cons: Technical service disruptions are the # 1 issue. Voice and data don’t always work. Web speed is slower than sin if you want to check the web good luck. Reaching Customer Service takes an act-of-god, unreliable, poor customer service. Lots of drop calls, and sadly they ignore it, their free month of services is a joke they billed a month in advances’ they don’t tell you this so if you buy a phone in July you get a bill in August so where is your free month., I consider this to be false and deceptive advertising. To take your payment is a trip within its self they ether over charge you. Or they can’t charge you, can’t log on to pay. Give you the go around tell you the costumers you can’t have a corporate number to call and complaint. They give you the address to contact them that it’s just a mail box that they check whenever they like.
