A recent visit to a prospective client had nothing to do with communications strategy, messaging or PR initiatives. 

It had to do with what communications strategies were in place, how things are being done, and more importantly, why.

We’re now in the fourth quarter of 2011.  

Now’s a good time to take stock of how you’re measuring, where you’re distributing your news releases, what journalists, analysts and bloggers you’re reaching out to.

Take Stock.  Re-evaluate.  And when appropriate, re-tool.
