CopperGate will be demonstrating its innovative HomePNA 3.1 based multimedia home networking solutions for IPTV distribution in the home featuring remote management and diagnostics and guaranteed QoS over coaxial cables and phone wires in booth 226.
Also, Richard Nesin, VP Marketing for CopperGate, will be participating on a panel in Zhone’s breakfast session on Wednesday October 24th from 7 to 8 AM in room C208-210. The session, entitled “QoE and IPTV Best Practices,”, will discuss QoE as a key determinant of customer satisfaction and retention involving far more than measuring video quality and channel change performance. The panel will discuss what subscriber expectations are for QoE, the disruptive aspects of IPTV that need to be avoided, and how the service ‘bar’ can be raised.
