Book Review: “All Business Is Local” by John A Quelch and Katherine E. Jocz

All Business Is Local makes you stop and think – and remind us all, that in the world-is-flat, we’re-all- virtual, and there’s no reason to stop in a store anymore, is a healthy dose of reality and a polite reminder that place and the experiences that brands deliver really do matter.

As someone who travels, I look at place even more critically because when I am away from home or on the go somewhere afar, the bar gets raised because of the experience and quality of the product or service I expect.
