Same thing with the software developers, the Intellectual Property attorney, and the customer support staff.
In other words, make sure that everyone speaks to each other in groups, informal discussions and even product planning and business development.
1. Be on the same page.
2. Make sure you are speaking the same language.
3. When your people talk to their people, their customers, their partners, their vendors, make sure the messages are in line and the vision is unified.
